The conference language is English.

Exhibition room for organizations and publishers

A small exhibition room will be put at the disposal of participants wishing to present their organization.

In addition to this, theological publishers are offered the opportunity to advertise and post links to their works of related and general theological and pastoral interest both on this web site (upon payment of a fee) and/or to offer their books for sale at the conference (publicity material, flyers and book stalls can be accommodated upon payment of a fee.)

Opportunity for religious service

Every morning from 08.30 to 08.55 a catholic Mass is said in English in the chapel of the Pope College (Paus Adriaan VI-College), Hogeschoolplein 3, 3000 Leuven.
